It is very disappointing to see that two separate companies and maybe more to follow, have been fined in relation to providing safe work environments.
There are so many different systems that can be put in place and it needs to happen before a major incident happens.
Have a look around you, whilst you are walking around consider what could happen. Are there enough measures in place within your work environment?
